I was inspired by her weight loss journey and decided that I wanted to start my own but instead of doing Nutrisystem like Blair I'm doing Weight Watchers. I am starting out at 161 pounds and I am hoping to get down to 125 pounds by Summer 2011. I hope you'll tag along as I re-learn how to eat and what to eat and also give me tips and excercise advice as I haven't done any activity in a loooong time.
