McFatty Monday
I’m feeling rather enormous today. I’m not happy, I look into the mirror and I don’t like what I see. It’s time to get serious here…I can’t keep saying I am going to lose weight and then don't do anything to reach that goal. I joined sparkpeople.com and am tracking my meals. I'm using the meal plan that they offer to a certain extent but I haven't started eating the meals that they choose yet because I need to go to the store. I am going to set up my meals for a week and then use the grocery list that the website provides to get everything I need. I've heard a lot of good things about this program and while my goal MIGHT be unrealistic (lose 30 pounds by September 10th) I am going to try.

have you ever looked at thedailyplate.com? it's a way to track what you eat...it has lots of common restaurants and you can keep track of what you eat. it's free. :) hang in there!
ReplyDeleteGood luck girl! The most important thing is that you just become healthy, and create a habit in your daily eating and working out routines. Don't look at it as a diet, but a new way of life!
