First of all, here is my graph as of today. Sorry the picture is so small, but you get the picture.
I was doing really well at first, then I kind of got stuck for a month. I got back on track for a few weeks and then I was either losing a good amout or not gaining a little back. This past week (the one with the huge gain) I put the number that was actually on the scale. Let me clarify! We had to get a new scale, our other one broke and we didn't calculate the difference before I threw out the old one. There is a 6 pound difference according to Michael which could be true because there was a crack in the other scale but whatever the difference, I jsut went with the number I saw.
I wasn't happy obviously and both Michael and I are thinking that the old scale was just wrong to begin with and we were heavier than the scale said in the first place. We should still be proud of how far we've come and shouldn't be discouraged (he's such a sweety) so there you have it. I've "gained" 6.5 pounds this week and I'm determined to get that little line going in the right direction!
I feel good about my progress, I'm not happy yet but I'm on the right track. I need to incorporate more activity into my day to day life then I have been because I'm not getting thinner watching So You Think You Can Dance. I'm going to try a few methods that don't require a tiny woman yelling at me through the television screen and I hope to be able to get in to Zumba soon.
My problem areas are my belly, which has shrunk a good bit since January, and my thighs. My butt and boobs are disappearing (sorry honey!) so those two areas are the ones bothering me. I just don't want to jiggle when I walk. I'm sure you all know what I mean. I've found a few things on Pinterest (btw thank you Sherry & Blair for telling me about this, I am now addicted) some workout ideas but mostly pictures I use as inspiration so I'll be including a picture in my McFatty posts that you may or may not want to steal.
For now though I'm going to track my lunch, plan my dinner and hopefully have a great start to a successful week!
